Operation Executive

Compulsory:

Job Description:
  • Responsible for sales operation / sales administration procedures and performance by ensuring documentations & records are in order
  • Keep Track on the progress of collection, loan documentation, blanket consent approval & etc
  • Responsible to monitor & follow up with agent on the collection of sales proceeds
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day HR functions of the Company, include recruitment & selection, HR policies & procedures, compensation & benefit, performance appraisal, employee relations, staff training & development and other HR administration function.
  • Prepare payroll and comply with requirements of EPF, SOCSO, PCB etc, filing and safe keeping all related HR documents.
  • Ensure HR policies and SOPs are effectively communicated and implemented, relevant, competitive and effective in support of Company's business strategies.
  • Advises Management on HR matters and handling of disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations, appointment, confirmation and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labour laws matters.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Well versed with Malaysia Labour Laws and Employment Act
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, able to work under pressure
  • At lease 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and admin functions
  • A mature personality, a team player with well-developed leadership style, good interpersonal and communication skills
